  1. I am eager to hear the results of the cat scan. I am sure you are too! I hope it is nothing serious!

I can understand going to a new church can be tough. Since Jess and I have moved twice in the last 3 years, we have had to church hunt and it can be difficult finding one you like. When we first moved to Illinois, it took us 9 months until we finally found the church we still love. When we moved up here to Round Lake, IL (north of Chicago) we had heard of a website (www.9marks.org) to help us find a church. And it only took us 2 weeks this last time. The churches are both very good at preaching the bible, but are very different in styles. The church in Normal, IL has mostly homeschool famlies and an all white congregation. Our current church is an all black congregation, except us. But we love them both! But adjusting to a new church is hard. I hope you feel comfortable there over time.

Tell your dad hi for me. I haven't heard from him in awhile.

  2. We got the presents from you guys! Thank you very much! It was fun to have Christmas in February! Did you guys make the blanket for SB? It is so cute with the little owls on it! I love it! And I am excited to play the scene it game! I have always wanted one but never bought it! Thanks so much! I would love to see more pictures of you, your family and things you love.

I am glad that you are so active in so many things! It is so great to know you are enjoying life to the fullest! My freshman year of college I thought I was going to be transfering schools, so I planned on getting as involved as I could since I was going to be leaving. I joined all kinds of clubs, went on road trips and retreats. It was a great year. I ended up staying at the college and kept the same attitude throughout since I had such a great time my freshman year! Life really is what you make of it! I am glad that you are loving life!
